We finally got enough meat -eating friends together to get the bo ssam at Momofuku. It was a great experience, really fun and festive, and the bo itself was delectable. We grabbed hanks of tender meat with tongs and nestled it into a spoonful of rice in a lettuce leaf, added an oyster and a drizzle of garlic-scallion sauce, or one of the two kinds of kimchi, or the korean bbq sauce. We had eight people, and although we were enthusiastic and dedicated, we couldn't quite finish the monstrous pork butt.
