we love cookbooks, and have many, but no room to expand our collection. so we've been going digital. the other night i had this setup perched on a tall stool just outside the kitchen. the recipe for spicy roast chicken with tomatoes and marjoram, an old favorite, is on the Epicurious app on the iPad screen. meanwhile, i had to make the roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary at the same time. that one is saved into our MacGourmet application and is up on the laptop screen. dual-screen cookery! i live in the future.
