"just" spaghetti in tomato basil sauce. executed so perfectly that it is elevated to the sublime. handmade noodles, perfectly cooked, in a rich, fragrant sauce.

heaven in a bowl. one of the best things i've eaten in a while. perfect winter night comfort food.
